Design settings & processing

This section covers settings that control how embroidery designs are handled, displayed, and processed within Hatch Embroidery. These options affect everything from how designs are opened and edited to how stitches are generated and optimized for output.

You can define default behaviors for inserting and joining objects, control how machine files are interpreted, and adjust editing operations such as duplication and object handling. Visual settings allow you to customize background colors to match your fabric, improving on-screen accuracy.

Additional controls manage how overlapping objects are processed, how appliqué frame-outs are handled, and how small stitches are filtered to improve stitch quality and prevent production issues.
