Problems have been reported with Print Options for the hooping sequence. The expectation is that the Print Options > Zoom 1:1 setting will display the hooping sequence at actual size. The problem has been rectified with the current update.
A problem has been reported with the hooping sequence in print preview. When set to ‘print as thumbnails’, some hoopings lie outside the boundary. The problem has been rectified with the current update.
Problems have been reported when opening multi-hooped designs on machine. These include:
Shifts occurring in split files
Registration marks appearing outside the frame
Stitches appearing outside the frame
To rectify these issues, auto-centering must be turned off on the machine.
