Digitize standard shapes with any fill or outline stitch type. The Digitize toolbox provides a Standard Shapes tool to quickly create objects from a library of shapes. You can apply the full range of outline and fill stitch types.
Click to start, move the mouse pointer, then click to end the shape.
To center the shape at the first entered point, hold down the Shift key.
To keep the aspect ratio of the shape, hold down the Ctrl key.
The Shift key and Ctrl key can be used together to create the shape with the first point as the center point and keep the aspect ratio.
Press and hold the Alt key while digitizing/drawing the object on screen to temporarily deactivate the Auto Scroll feature.
Press the Escape key while digitizing to delete all points.
Press the Escape key again to deactivate the tool.
Available shapes are the same as for preset borders.
They can be useful when creating logo designs or embroidered badges.
The Standard Shape gallery can be resized and detached.
